SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Food items (sauces, seasonings, etc.) must be returned unopened, with original factory seal intact. Opened food items will not be accepted for returns/refunds. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All items purchased online are shipped the next day, so the time during which an order may be cancelled is limited. Orders may be cancelled no later than 5:00 p.m. the same day as the order was placed.

 

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY:

MeatBoneZ Barbecue Inc. will ship items worldwide. However, local restrictions may apply. Customers outside of the United States should check applicable national and local import regulations before ordering.
